My work weaves together Ancient Womb Shamanism, the Twin Spiral Chakra system, Holy Fire® Reiki, Human Design, Gene Keys, and somatic embodiment, not as a checklist, but as living tools that follow what you need.

My work is rooted in the knowing that healing begins when we feel safe enough to be ourselves, when our nervous system has exhaled.

Alongside depth, ritual, and energetic healing, there is also room for play, curiosity, and joy. I believe that through play we reconnect to our essence, the part of us that knows how to trust, feel, and create without force.
