There is a lot moving through the world right now.
And many of us are feeling it in our bodies, our nervous systems, our energy.
This free monthly Reiki healing circle is an invitation to slow down,
to ground, and to return to your center.
Together, we’ll create a gentle space to calm the nervous system,
anchor awareness back into the body,
and receive Reiki as a supportive, stabilizing current.
This is not about bypassing what’s happening.
It’s about meeting it from a place of embodiment, so the outside noise doesn’t pull you out of yourself.
Once we are grounded, we’ll also extend Reiki and anchoring energy to Mother Earth,
offering support to the collective field from a regulated, rooted place.
You do not need any Reiki experience to join.
This circle is open to all who feel called to receive.

My work is rooted in the knowing that healing begins when we feel safe enough to be ourselves, when our nervous system has exhaled.
Alongside depth, ritual, and energetic healing, there is also room for play, curiosity, and joy. I believe that through play we reconnect to our essence, the part of us that knows how to trust, feel, and create without force.
This offering is an invitation to slow down, listen inward, and remember that even in moments of chaos, life and transformation can be gentle, human, and even a little fun.

I offer Reiki as a grounded, embodied practice that supports the nervous system, emotional balance, and overall well-being.
My other offers include a combo of Shamanic Energy Healing, Reiki Womb Sessions, Human Design & Gene Keys Transmissions, Feminine Embodiment, Relationship & Divine Union Guidance & More. I am ever-evolving and an open channel for Divine wisdom and inspiration to be birthed through.
All my offerings blend the ancestral - ritual, ceremony, practices - with the energetic and nervous systems worlds. I am a space holder for your own remembrance and empowerment to be remembered through your own vessel.
